Devidas Dhangar is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Light Fight Night (LFN). He is responsible for overall event management, venue production, athlete logistics, safety compliance, and operational execution across all LFN championship fight cards.
Operational Responsibilities at LFN
Devidas oversees the core operational workflow that ensures every LFN event operates under international combat sports standards:
- Arena Production & Logistics: Directing cage/ring setup, lighting, audio visual equipment, and spectator seating.
- Fighter Welfare & Compliance: Enforcing weigh-in procedures, pre-fight medical checks, and medical team readiness on fight night.
- Event Execution: Managing stage timelines, corner teams, officiating staff, and live event coordination.
