1. About LFN

Light Fight Night (LFN) is a combat sports platform focused on MMA, Boxing, and Kickboxing. LFN organises and promotes combat sports events and related activities for athletes, coaches, spectators, partners, sponsors, and the wider combat sports community.

2. Website Use

Users agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of LFN or any third party.

3. Fighter Registration

Participation in an LFN event is subject to eligibility requirements, registration procedures, verification, medical requirements, and acceptance by LFN.

Submitting a registration form does not automatically guarantee participation in an event.

LFN may review, accept, reject, suspend, or cancel a registration where necessary for sporting, safety, eligibility, documentation, scheduling, or organisational reasons.

Fighters are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.

Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification or cancellation of participation.

4. Medical & Safety Requirements

Combat sports involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

All participating athletes must comply with applicable medical examinations, fitness requirements, safety protocols, rules, and instructions issued by LFN, officials, medical personnel, or event authorities.

LFN may refuse or withdraw an athlete’s participation where medical or safety concerns arise.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

LFN reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Weather or natural events
• Government or regulatory requirements
• Venue-related issues
• Safety or security concerns
• Force majeure events
• Medical or operational reasons
• Any other circumstances beyond reasonable control

LFN will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through its official communication channels.

6. Tickets & Entry

Tickets, passes, invitations, and event access are subject to the conditions communicated at the time of purchase or issue.

LFN reserves the right to refuse entry to any person for security, safety, misconduct, fraudulent activity, violation of event rules, or other legitimate reasons.

Tickets may not be reproduced, altered, or used fraudulently. Entry requirements may vary depending on the event.

7. Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies, where applicable, will be communicated for the relevant event or transaction.

Where an event is postponed, cancelled, or materially changed, the applicable refund or transfer terms will be communicated through official LFN channels.

LFN is not responsible for losses arising from travel, accommodation, transportation, or other personal arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the LFN website, including but not limited to LFN name and branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, text, event materials, designs, and promotional content is owned by or used with permission by LFN and may be protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission from LFN.

9. Photography, Video & Media

By participating in or attending an LFN event, you acknowledge that photography, videography, livestreaming, interviews, and other forms of media coverage may take place.

LFN may use event-related photographs, videos, interviews, names, performances, and other recorded material for legitimate promotional, editorial, archival, broadcasting, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

10. Sponsors & Partners

LFN may work with sponsors, commercial partners, media organisations, service providers, and other third parties.

The appearance of a sponsor or partner on the LFN website or at an event does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all products or services offered by that third party unless expressly stated.

Separate terms may apply to sponsorships, partnerships, or commercial arrangements.

LFN does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites.
